FROM GENERIC
TO FELIX.
FFGI’s existing mascot lacked the personality its Web3 community needed. I redesigned Felix and built the identity around a character that could carry the brand.
Make community film financing easier to explain and recognise.

A face the brand
can own.
The redesign gave Felix a distinct look and a clear job: introduce FFGI, explain its community film-financing proposition and lead its communications. The fox became part of the core identity, connecting the logo, character and campaign work.

One direction.
Every application.
I delivered the symbol, wordmark, colour and typography system with brand guidelines. FFGI gained a common reference for presentations, community content, merchandise and events, so new work can stay connected to the brand.

The team can
make the next one.
I built a ChatGPT character workflow for FFGI, so the company can create new character content itself. The visual direction gives those variations a reference point. The team gains a way to keep producing; each output still needs a human eye for consistency and finish.
